Kentrik understands the personal challenges presented by cross-cultural experiences. Kentrik's management is multinational and multicultural. Each member of the management team is an expatriate or has extensive expatriate experience. We apply our experience in Kentrik's acclimation program, ensuring the smoothest transition possible for each Exchange Program Candidate.
Kentrik provides each Candidate with intensive language, business and cultural training. The goal for each Candidate is to attain fluency and a medical-level-5 credential equivalent in the required language of the Partner country. Our acclimation program includes an intensive preparation component which familiarizes the Candidate with cultural differences and nuances in communicating and living in the culture of the host country.
The local Kentrik support team will assist and follow the progress of the Candidate through the entire course of their stay. Following the initial introduction, periodic visits and Kentrik events will be provided to ensure that the Candidates are successfully acclimating in the host country.
