After years of international work for large European, Asian and American conglomerates, Thomas Dillon developed a new kind of international company for the 21st Century.
In 2001, Tom sold his very successful international consulting firm to embark on a different and ambitious project-a business model that seeks to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships between people, businesses and communities across the globe in healthcare services with an emphasis on high moral standards.
Kentrik's new model approach emphasizes the need for benefit to all communities and their healthcare systems where the company is present in each local community. Kentrik seeks to establish profitable and sustainable relationships while recognizing ecological and humanitarian responsibilities of its members and its work no matter where that work takes us.
Kentrik seeks to become a valued and trusted member of every community and its healthcare system where we are present. We hire our staff locally, chose our Candidates and Partners globally and demand the same high standards of ethics and commitment to international community of ourselves and our staff as we do from our Candidates and our Exchange Program Partners.
Our vision for a new model of business for the 21st Century is catching on. Since its inception, Kentrik has expanded into the United States, the European Union and East Europe. We are planning further expansion into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central and South America.
Within months of opening its doors, Kentrik realized significant opportunities for making healthcare infrastructure investment in a way that bolstered vulnerable national systems of each of our partner institutions.
Today, Kentrik operates in five countries, with a significant full-time staff. Our pool of Candidates available for exchange programs is approaching one thousand and infrastructure and capital investment opportunities and the number of our Exchange Program Partners are ever-expanding.
