Thomas J. Dillon, Jr. chief Executive Officer, Kentrik, Inc. Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Kentrik Sakartvelo and Kentrik East Europe, d.o.o. Founder of The Kentrik Group of Companies Mr. Dillon is founder and chief executive officer of Kentrik Incorporated. He obtained his Ph.D. in law from the University of Konstanz, Germany, after having obtained his law degree from the University of Georgia in the United States. He became Assistant General Counsel in the legal department of a major German luxury car manufacturer based in Stuttgart, Germany, and afterwards founded his own international law and consulting firm with offices in Germany, U.S.A., Turkey, Hong Kong SAR and China. Tom is an expert in international finance, litigation and business law having assisted clients with multi-billion Euro financial transactions. After the sale of his firm in 2001, he continued to provide services to major European automobile manufacturers and a leading U.S. executive aircraft manufacturer regarding international structural and strategic matters. In 2003 he began a project to assist countries and governments with issues of economic development, including areas of healthcare, migration and immigration. This project culminated in the creation of The Kentrik Group. Tom speaks English and German. Federico M. Musso CEO, Kentrik Europe B.V. Member of the Board of Directors of Kentrik East Europe d.o.o. Mr. Musso graduated in Political Sciences from the University of Firenze, Italy, and afterwards worked as a researcher for both private and public institutions. Later, he worked for several years in Brussels as a lobbyist within the European Union for diverse industrial organizations (specifically in the Environmental sector). At Kentrik, he leads business development projects in within the European Union as well as Eastern European countries, in particular in connection to government relations and partnerships with international organizations. He has lived in Italy, Germany, Spain and Belgium and is currently living in Holland. Federico speaks Italian, English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Catalan. Rusty Brooks, PhD Senior Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors, Kentrik East Europe d.o.o. Dr. Brooks’ career has focused primarily on assisting government, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector in work related to sustainable economic development policies and practices and rural development strategies and policies. During his academic career at the University of Georgia, USA, he has worked with a diverse array of clients, including the United Nations Development Organization, Georgia Power Company, Southern Energy, Inc., Lloyd Werft, Wal-Mart, chambers of commerce in 11 states, the Georgia Council of Economic Development Organizations, Tennessee Valley Authority, Florida Rural Development, the Atlanta Regional Commission, and the Georgia Department of Transportation. Dr. Brooks was named a Salzburg Fellow for Sustainable Development and an International Fellow by the University of Georgia. He has worked extensively in international development activities in Australia, the Bahamas, Croatia, Germany, Slovenia, Ukraine, Zimbabwe, China, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Edward S. Dillon Executive Vice President, Kentrik Inc. and Member of the Board of Directors, Kentrik Inc. Mr. Dillon is a graduate from the University of Georgia, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Housing and Consumer Economics. He brings over ten years of commercial construction and property management experience in the Aviation, Industrial, Office, Loft, School, Club, and Church Sectors. He also has international business experience specializing in importing, product development, and warehouse operation for the largest American gift and home furnishing distributor. He has worked extensively in China, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and Costa Rica. Ms. Tracy Cox Senior Vice President Human Resources, Kentrik Inc., Member of the Board of Directors, Kentrik Inc., Member of the Board of Directors, Kentrik Sakartvelo Ms. Cox graduated from University of Georgia in Athens, GA, with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. She has twelve years experience in the U.S. and Europe focusing on issues related to the relocation of managerial personnel abroad, including expatriate acclimation support, international business development and aspects of immigration law. Since she returned to the United States, Ms Cox received training in both human resources management and immigration law. She is fluent in English and German. Livia F. Musso CFO and Member of the Board of Directors, Kentrik Inc. Livia graduated from the Law School of the University of Firenze, Italy, and worked as a legal consultant in an international law firm based out of Stuttgart, Germany. She was part of the worldwide coordination team in charge of Products Liability defense for a major German luxury car manufacturer and gained extensive experience in operating in different legal systems, including the United States of America and countries in Europe and Asia. Currently, her focus is on immigration law and international business development. She speaks Italian, English, German, Spanish and French. Christine Catania Senior Vice President, Kentrik Europe B.V. Ms. Catania has twelve years work experience in various multinational organizations. Her expatriate assignments have spanned numerous countries. She has extensive experience in governmental institutions in Brussels, is certified as a Specialized Translator and Commercial Interpreter in Germany, and has worked at the Council of Europe in Strasburg (F). In the beginning of her professional years, Ms. Catania broadened her academic studies with the RSA/CTEFLA Certificate at the American University of Cairo (Egypt). At Kentrik, she coordinates the implementation and the operations of projects specifically in the Balkan region. She speaks German, Italian, English, French and Flemish. Mr. Nick Edilashvili President and Managing Director, Kentrik Sakartvelo Ltd. Nick has Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgian State Technical University, Master degree in Public Administration from Georgian-American Institute of Public Affairs and Master’s degree in Business administration from Kutztown State University of Pennsylvania. Since 1995 he worked in different countries with different scope of activities, such as Director of Construction Company in Israel, Business consultant in Kutztown University Small Business Development Center, Economic Advisor at Prime Minister Administration of Georgia and project financial manager at UNDP. Whilst working in one of the largest referral hospitals of Georgia as Financial Manager, besides carrying out his common activities Nick participated in preparing of State Healthcare Programs. Nick speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Colloquial Hebrew. Thomas Petersson Director, Program Development and Procurement, Member of the Board of Directors Kentrik East Europe, Member of the Board of Directors Kentrik Sakartvelo Thomas studied Economics and is a graduate of Uppsala University in Sweden. He has done post graduate studies in the field of Development Management. After obtaining his degree he moved to Brussels to work at the European Commission. He worked as a procurement agent for the EC, before opening his own consultancy firm. Always working in the field of development aid, he has managed commercial and political relations with the EC and UN for a number of leading European firms and universities, developing and managing projects all over the world. Thomas speaks Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French, Dutch, Italian and English. Medical Design and Training Experts Dr. James Scheulen Director Emergency Room Design and Medicine James Scheulen is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Johns Hopkins Department of Emergency Medicine and President of Johns Hopkins Emergency Medical Services. He is responsible for the overall operations of the 3 Johns Hopkins Medicine Emergency Departments, which together manage over 160,000 emergency visits. Mr. Scheulen serves as the liaison between Johns Hopkins and the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services and has been appointed to the Maryland Statewide Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee. He is expert in ED operations and on the issue of ED crowding and utilization. He was involved in the creation of the Federal Government Accounting Office report on ED Overcrowding, the American Hospital Association report on ED Overcrowding, the Maryland Health Care Commission report on ED utilization, the Baltimore City Health Department report on ED Crowding and the MIEMSS Yellow Alert Task Force recommendations. He is also the founder and Director of Medical Transportation and Referring Physician Services for Johns Hopkins, managing the inter-hospital transportation of patients via ground and air. With the addition of the intra-hospital transport teams, Hopkins Lifeline is generally considered to be the largest hospital based transportation program in the country. With the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Mr. Scheulen is responsible for the creation and ongoing operation of the Johns Hopkins Office of Critical Event Preparedness and Response (CEPAR), an office designed to assure a coordinated response to critical events across the entire Johns Hopkins Enterprise. Besides providing for enterprise coordination, CEPAR is responsible for setting emergency response policy, for integrating Johns Hopkins system with local, state and federal plans and with providing operational coordination during events. Dr. Hans Ivarsson Director Pre-hospital Medical Services and Design Dr. Ivarsson is a M.D. with a specialization in Pediatric Surgery. He has been working in the field of Disaster Medicine and Pre-hospital Care parallel with clinical work in the department of Pediatric surgery at the University Hospital in Lund. Since 2002 he has been working as a Consultant in Disaster medicine and Pre-hospital Medicine in the south of Sweden (Region of Skåne). He has developed the Region's system for crisis management and the system for command and control from the scene of the accident to the hospital. Dr. Carina Ekdahl-Hallqvist Director Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Technician Services and Design Dr. Ekdahl-Hallqvist is a Registered Nurse and holds Bachelor of Science in Nursing in both General Nursing and Anesthetics Nursing as well as a diploma in nursing education from Lund University, Lund, Sweden. She has many years experience working in the fields of anesthesiology, emergency and general surgical nursing care. She was a professor in the College of Health Sciences at Kristianstad University, Kristianstad, Sweden in the area of education and development of Caring Science. Since 1999, she has been employed with Kamber-Skane, Lund as a certified instructor in emergency and disaster medicine and extrication situations in the Office of Ambulance, Crisis and Emergency Planning. She is a member of Advance Trauma Life Support, American College of Surgeons Major Incident Medical management and Support, Advanced Life Support Group U. K. and PreHospital Trauma Life Support, National Association of Emergency medical Technicians. Board of Directors Arthur B. Dana, MBA, CPA, CVA Chairman of the Board of Kentrik, Inc. Mr. Dana is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst. He retired as a Partner from Price Waterhouse in 1996. He joined Savannah Food & Industries, Inc., a New York stock exchange listed company, where he supervised the Tax Department, Merger & Acquisition Group, and the financial section of the Mexican affiliate. In 2002, he co-founded Lazard Dana, LLP, a certified public accounting firm where he focuses on worldwide tax strategies, corporate finance and litigation support services. He serves as Chairman of the Board of TSG Water Resources, a privately held multinational company that designs, builds and operates reverse osmosis water treatment plants and membrane water treatment plants throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. He is also on the Board of Directors of Coastal Solutions, Inc. an over-the-counter drug company that produces solutions to relieve the pain of jellyfish stings, bee stings and a variety of insect bites and stings. He serves as Chairman of Kentrik, Inc. and on the Board of Supervisors of Kentrik East Europe d.o.o. Thomas J. Dillon Sr. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kentrik Inc. Thomas J. Dillon Sr. earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1953. He is a veteran of World War II and was a partner of Bouhan, Lawrence, Williams & Levy, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, in Savannah, Georgia. He was Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel for Union Camp Corporation from which he retired after 28 years of service. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Chatham County Hospital Authority (Memorial Medical Center), and Georgia Ports Authority. During over 18 years at the Georgia Ports Authority (during which period it expanded by over 200%) he led business development projects with governments and leading international shipping companies around the world, including Japan, China, South Korea, France, Germany, Norway, Greece, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. He has also served as President of University of Georgia Law School Association; Member of Board of Directors Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce; Chairman, Savannah Development and Renewal Authority; Board Member, Armstrong Atlantic State University Foundation; Board Member, Center for Irish Studies, Georgia Southern University.
