Kentrik employs the latest technological tools to enhance the value of each Partner's and Candidate's contribution and involvement in the Kentrik Program.
Kentrik's central data portal is the MyKentrik database application. The MyKentrik database is a secure eCommunity where Partners and Candidates go to gather, update, and provide useful information:
- Secure user profiles.
- Monitor Candidate progress in the education, acclimation, certification, visa and placement process.
- Search for Candidates or host institutions according to areas of professional specialization (e.g. Critical Care, Trauma, Cardiology, Gerontology, etc.) and experience. In most cases, Program Partners are looking for a specific expertise.
- Reports and Queries.
The professional expertise of a Kentrik Candidate often coincides with projected human resource deficits in specific healthcare disciplines. Kentrik has a web-based tool that can assist Kentrik Program Partners in forecasting the availability of Candidates to train where they would be of the most help.
