While training at the Partner institution, Candidates also attend professional development courses toward advanced degrees. These courses may be distance learning (online) or on-campus courses. All Kentrik Educational Partners are leading accredited institutions.
The nature of the training includes hands-on exposure to people, processes, and technology. It is expected that the flow of knowledge will be bi-directional.
Kentrik monitors each Candidate's progress, their acclimation and satisfaction with the program throughout the duration of their stay.
